What we made
Positioning · BWD monogram and wordmark · Brand guidelines · Letterhead and business cards · Workwear · Office wall
Matter of fact, no waffle, let the work speak for itself. That is how Belvedere describe the way they want to sound.
Belvedere make and fit aluminium windows and doors in Clayton West, with their own factory and a Cortizo partnership since 2019. In 2021 they wanted positioning and an identity, and they were clear about the tone: plain, and no overselling.

Three routes. BW&D, with the ampersand kept in. BWD, cut down to three letters. And Belvedere, spelled out in full. They chose BWD: a monogram whose angles come from the cuts made fabricating the frames, set in Axia and Graphie, with one line under it, Built with craft and precision.
The guidelines set it down: the master mark and its colourways, the acronym, the palette, the typefaces and the tone. Then the letterhead and the business cards, and how the mark holds up on an office wall and on workwear.
