Every land promoter’s website looks like every other land promoter’s website.
The brief
A website for Gladman, who promote strategic land through the planning system: professional, clean, modern, and speaking to the next generation of landowners.
Their mark had just been redrawn from land registry plans. The site had to come from the same place rather than from the category, which is where every competitor had gone.
The approach
Three designs. One made the square grid the hero. One took its forms from 3D terrain and contour maps. The one Gladman picked came from land registry and Ordnance Survey plans, the paperwork the business runs on and the same source as the new mark.
What was done
Every page designed, desktop and mobile, and built by Gold Top Collective. It went live in summer 2026.
